3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Matrix Attack Apparel is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Order Tracking
1. Tracking Number: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Use this number to check the status of your delivery on the carrier’s website.
2. Lost or Stolen Packages: Matrix Attack Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Shipping Restrictions
1. P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address during checkout.
2. Restricted Locations: Due to various restrictions, we may not be able to ship to certain international locations. If your order cannot be shipped to your location, we will contact you immediately.
